Our dream house became true with Favourite Homes. In this journey with them start from the Booking stage to Handover the team kept their word. Still I can remember Mr Anand, who was leading a team in Dubai Favourite Homes office came to meet us, and explaining about the project nearby Sreekaryam. He was the person whom we felt genuine compared to other vendors with whom we interacted. As a representative of FH he was able to convey and make us believe in his team’s ability to deliver the project by end of 2022.
As we know there are lots of apartments & a dozen of builders doing projects in Trivandrum, especially near to Technopark. Many price ranges, Prime locations etc etc. Advantage what we felt is that, this team offered different price range apartments based on location without compromising on Quality. Their build quality, finishing, usage of branded materials were evident from each of their work we saw in Trivandrum. Usually role of Sales person will not continue once we pay the advance or to the extend once our bank accept our loan application. But here, Anand was always ready and available to clarify our concerns. We received same level of comfort from Mr Jeejo, handling payments. He was there at the key handing ceremony to welcome our parents who had to attend the function in our absence. Lots of positive Qualities, finishing of wood works, painting works, on-time handing over etc etc.. This was our dream where we are now with our little princess. Having an own home was a long term goal and that’s finally achieved through the Springwoods by Favourite Homes. When we had our daughter, and as she grew up, the first thing we wanted before she starts going school was a home of our own. We started searching for one when she was just 1 year old, and we had seen so many places and apartments but none of them caught our eye. Then one day while we were passing near the construction site of The Spring Woods by Favourite Homes, we thought of giving a call to them and enquire, as it was in Kazhakkoottam which was the exact place we were looking for and the rest is history. We loved their dealings and customer service and of course the apartment as well. Even though we booked the apartment way before the construction starts, still many of them were already sold out. But we got THE ONE. 8A, our dream home.

We are basically settled in Attingal and was looking forward to buy a residence more close to Trivandrum city since a long time. We had contacted and visited many builders over the course of time and was not really happy and moreover didn’t quiet attract our attentions. Then came across with Favourite Homes and their newly launched villa project – The Serene Bay in Kadinamkulam. We were on the lookout for an apartment and we regularly reviewed various builders and their projects around Trivandrum. One thing about Favourite Homes that stood out is that the existing clients were all happy with their homes provided by this builder and what we liked most about them was the reviews about on-time delivery from almost everyone we enquired.

After zeroing in on Favourite Homes, we searched around and could not be happier as a brand-new apartment, ‘The Grand Avenue by Favourite Homes’ was coming up around our area. We contacted their office and were disappointed to hear that all the apartments were sold out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The adherence to the dates is remarkable. Though there was a small setback due to the current pandemic situation, the project was completed and the key handover function was conducted in grand style. The after sales service is also noteworthy.

For us when looking to buy an apartment two things are top of the list – Location and Layout. In this instance, we were fully satisfied with the layout. Being local to Trivandrum, when the brochure said Pongumoodu we were fully expecting the property access to be an inside road. To say the least we were pleasantly surprised with the location as well.

And then Quality of Construction, Reliability of Builder, Cost, Amenities etc. came into question. Our journey with Favourite Homes started in May 2019, when we decided to buy a villa in Trivandrum. The first person who contacted us was Mrs. Neethu. We were so impressed by her professionalism and her presentation that we decided that this is it.

From then onwards till the handover of our villa, the entire team of Favourite Homes was always there whenever we had any concerns. In spite of covid pandemic difficulties they handed over the project on time. Our interior work was also handled by them – Favourla Interiors, and there also the work was superb. Once we started to live in the villa, there were some small repair works which was also taken care of promptly by Favourite Homes. We spotted the location of The Grand Avenue at NH Bypass on our way back to Pune after our vacation sometime in May 2019. The project was at its nascent stage then.

It didn’t take much time to finalise the deal given its scenic location and the accessibility to Airport, City and shopping Malls among others. Build-up a team for that then it must be a feather upon your crown of excellence. The one and only thing that I lack in Carmel Heights is a good garden and a miniature park. If there is any possibility fill the gap. It is very beneficial and helpful for rejuvenating the old people who are residing in the apartments.

In 2019, me & my family were evaluating real estate projects near Infosys; during that time we meet Manoj Kumar, Manager, Favourite Homes; he came into Infosys campus & explained details of Gardenia projects and its various inherent facilities; because of the transparency Manoj uphold and aware of company standards Favourite Homes maintaining (feedbacks given by my friends) we finalized to go with Gardenia and eventually purchased 5B apartment. Further onwards Manoj & Sreekumar kept us updated on progress and connected us with respective persons on need basis for clarifying various concerns we had.

Recently i.e. on 17/05/2022, me & husband and I had a meeting with the Gardenia project team on the site location for more than 3 hours, which in fact is triggering this mail. As per Manoj Kumar’s instructions we set up a meeting on 4.00 PM IST, 17/05/2022 with Jitheesh, Balamurali, Gokul to clarify & confirm on floor tile pattern, pooja room modification & to finalize on some unsettled/confused kitchen changes. When we reached the site, against our expectations, the team was occupied with modified versions of drawing; brought in subcontractors like tile work expert, Abhilash (external) gas connection expert etc. All together the team has spent more than 3 hours addressing our questions & concerns, proposing solutions without any hesitations and that too even after usual working hours which is exemplary and professional.

And such professionalism & due diligence gives me confidence/trust to conduct my abroad travels with confidence. I hope such a professional team would help you to achieve milestones in a timely manner and expect such professional services in future years of Gardenia.

In short, from the floors above, one finds the surroundings quite fascinating. Special mention needs to be made of the ease in correspondence and hassle free transaction for which I should be thankful to the staff of Favourite Homes, especially Asst. Marketing Manager Mrs. Neethu. They were always there with prompt replies to my queries and detailed clarifications for my doubts.

We were living in our Villa at Kollam. When our children got settled in different places we thought of moving into an apartment in Trivandrum. On 8th Nov 2013, my parents were visiting my cousins’, when they saw that new construction had started by M/s Favourite Homes. They were impressed with the quality of the foundation and decided to book a flat on the very next day. Four years later, we got possession of our flat and we moved in soon after. We have been enjoying spectacular sunsets and unobstructed breeze ever since. All the amenities have been intuitively designed and the rooms are well ventilated, thus ensuring a pleasant stay. The indoor gym is well equipped and the pool well lit, making it an even richer experience. My Favourite Builder. I happened to visit the Favourite Homes stall in a property expo in mid-2013. Those days, I was just dwelling on the idea of investing in an apartment away from the congested areas of the city. I was quite impressed by the project Central Gateway which had been launched a few months back. I liked the location, the design as well as the attitude and the professionalism of the marketing personnel at the stall. As they followed me up with home visits and gave me a good offer. As I studied their track record I decided to go for it. I have no hesitation to testify that they have been very professional and also helpful in all aspects including coordinating financing, informing and coordinating payment installments, updating work progress with pictures on the website, and giving options regarding interiors, flooring, toilets, etc. The Project was completed with a six months delay in the schedule but I have nothing much to complain about as the reasons were explained to us. As the time came for hand over, it was a delight to see the care that has been taken about the design of the front gate, garden, trees being planted early enough much before hand over, front lobby, pool, and recreation area, etc. I can testify that the builder has kept the standard and did not let me down in the quality of the construction or in project management.
